Aqualeo Digital, LLC stands behind the quality of our services. On qualifying services, if we do not perform as agreed, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment — no questions asked.
1. Eligible Services for Refund
The following services are eligible for a full refund within 30 days:
- Trademark search services — if no search has been conducted
- Business formation packages — before filing with government authorities
- Digital solution deposits — before work has commenced
- Consulting retainers — within the first consultation period
- IT and e-commerce project deposits — before development work begins
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Government filing fees paid to third-party authorities (USPTO, WIPO, Companies House, DED, etc.)
- Completed trademark searches (search report already delivered)
- Filings already submitted to government agencies
- Completed digital projects or development work already in progress beyond the initial phase
- Services rendered more than 30 days prior to the refund request
- Third-party software licences, domain registrations, or hosting fees purchased on your behalf
- Expedited processing fees where the expedited service has already been requested
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@aqualeodigital.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name / Order Reference]"
- Include your full name, order reference or invoice number, and a brief reason for your request
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
- We will review and respond with a decision within 3–5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
4. Partial Refunds
Where a service has been partially completed, we may issue a partial refund calculated based on the proportion of work completed and any out-of-pocket expenses already incurred on your behalf. The specific amount will be communicated to you in writing.
5. Government Fee Refunds
Government filing fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government authorities on your behalf. If a filing is rejected by a government agency due to our error, we will re-file at no additional charge. If the rejection is due to information provided by the client, standard fees apply for resubmission.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an engagement at any time. Cancellation terms:
- Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
- After work begins: Refund of the deposit less the value of work completed to date
- After filing/submission: No refund on the filed portion; government fees are non-refundable
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our response to your refund request, please escalate to our senior management at info@aqualeodigital.com with "Escalation" in the subject line. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The current policy applying to your service will be the version in effect at the time of your purchase.
