4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as agreed in your engagement letter or service proposal. Payment terms:

  • Fees are due as specified in your service agreement (typically upfront or upon milestone completion)
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other payment methods as offered
  • Government filing fees and third-party costs are additional and non-refundable
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Service Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors outside our control, including government processing times, public holidays, and information delays from the client. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or third parties.

6. Service Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for the highest standards of accuracy:

  • Trademark searches are based on available databases and do not guarantee absence of conflict with unregistered marks or prior rights
  • Government agencies make final determinations on all registrations, filings, and approvals
  • Business registration requirements may change; we provide guidance based on regulations current at the time of service
  • We do not provide legal advice; our services are administrative and consultancy in nature. For legal advice, please engage a licensed attorney

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and service methodologies — is the property of Aqualeo Digital, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary information. We will not disclose your business or personal information except as required to deliver services, comply with law, or as otherwise provided in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqualeo Digital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aqualeo Digital, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that we determine may harm us or other clients. Obligations already incurred and fees for work completed remain due upon termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, under applicable arbitration rules.
